Pitching · High school, 8th grade and up

Add 5 MPH in one off-season. Guaranteed.

A measured pitching program: arm care, mechanics, velocity and season preparation. If he puts in the work and doesn't get there, he keeps training free until he does.

5+ MPH

This is for him if

  • He wants innings, not just a roster spot
  • His velo hasn't moved, even with lessons and games
  • He's ready to train with a plan, not just throw more
  • You want numbers you can see, not guesses

It isn't for

  • Cage time or drop-off babysitting
  • A quick fix before tryouts
  • A player whose parents want it more than he does
Every athlete 8th grade and up

A plan for every day of his week

Every day has a job. We build his plan from his own numbers, lay it out day by day, and change it every time he retests. Here's what an off-season week can look like.

  1. MON
    Velocity
Radar day, then a full-body lift
  2. TUE
    Speed
Jumps and sprints while his arm rests
  3. WED
    Build
Moderate throwing, long toss and mobility
  4. THU
    Velocity
Mound day, then a full-body lift
  5. FRI
    Recover
Arm care and light catch, plus jumps and sprints
  6. SAT
    Build
Moderate throwing, then a full-body lift
  7. SUN
    Rest
    Light catch and mobility

What he gets

ArmCare Assessment
Day 1 starts with his arm: strength, range and readiness. His workload follows what it shows.
Coaching Pitching/Throwing
Semi-private coaching, with video and radar so he sees what changed.
Day-by-Day Training Plan
A plan built for him for every day of his week, the days he's here and the days he isn't, in our app, with messages answered by a coach.
Strength & Conditioning Program
Included: off-season and in-season strength, speed and mobility programs in the app, matched to his season, with a demo video for every exercise.
Retests
We retest every 4–6 weeks, so you see the numbers move.

Built around his season

The off-season is where he gets faster. The rest of the year is about keeping it and staying healthy, and we coach him through all of it. Every phase comes with a lifting plan in the WIRED app: built to add strength in the off-season, and to hold it while he's playing.

OFF-SEASON · SEPT–FEB
Build velocity
Strength, arm speed and a durable arm, in four phases:
  1. On Ramp: learn the work, set his baseline
  2. Pull Down Velocity: raise his top-end arm speed
  3. Mound Velocity: carry it onto the mound
  4. Season Preparation: bullpens and live at-bats, ready for spring
Lifting plan: build. Strength and power, phased to match his throwing.
IN-SEASON · SPRING
Keep it and stay healthy
Instructor-led bullpens and lighter sessions that hold his velocity, ArmCare checks to manage his workload around game days, and video review of his outings.
Lifting plan: maintain. Shorter lifts that keep his strength without taking away from game days.
SUMMER AND FALL
Stay sharp, then build
Keep his arm healthy through summer ball. Playing fall ball? We keep him strong and on a safe throwing plan, then start his off-season build when his season ends. Not playing in the fall? His off-season starts in September.
Lifting plan: maintain, then build. Hold his strength while he's playing, then start building the day his off-season begins.

Throwing harder without hurting his arm

Every athlete starts with an ArmCare Assessment and keeps testing through the off-season. If his numbers say rest, he rests. If something hurts, he stops and we call you the same day.
